First post back, and let me say, I read the perfect story for it today.
A girl, woman, mom, grandma, shit, whatever she is became the worlds youngest grandmother at 23 years of age. She had a daughter when she was 11, and her daughter had one at 12 years old. Yes, you read that right! Maybe its vice versa on the ages, but, does it really matter?
I got a few questions about this. First, does the daughter leave the baby with grandma so the daughter can have a free night out with her friends ? Do any of the three have fathers that are around? (I'm talking about the Grandmother to) Is there a possibility that down the line the grandmother is in college, the daughter in highschool, and the baby in grade school? And my last question is,what the hell is wrong with people?
I read also that they are gypsy people. I cannot dog that because my grandmother is full blooded Czech, and we have gypsy blood in my family. Matter of fact, I find it kind of cool to be honest with you. This travesty though just kind of sickens me. I am not sure it's just the fact that these CHILDREN are having sex and babies at this age, but it is normal, and they are getting press for it. Yes, I am giving them press in a sense, but, what can I say? I have got to speak on it.
It got me to thinking, what if this pattern continues? Most all of us know or knew our grandparents, and a lot knew their great grandparents as well. If this pattern goes every 11 or 12 years for this family, and lets say most people live to 75, then there realistically could be a GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT Grandma. 6 greats! Wow, this is insane.
I have to say though there is some upside for these women. You know me, I am always trying to find the positive in situations. (Sorry had to laugh at that statement). They will never be short on babysitters. The kids (which could include Grandma) will get SO MANY PRESENTS on Christmas and birthdays. I wonder though, who tells who about the birds and the bees? And at what age, 7?
Gypsys move alot, so I hope they have one of those tents that fit like 8 people so all the grandmas can be under the same roof. I wonder who goes when it's grandparents day at school? Man, I have so many thoughts I can't even concentrate on them all.
We look at teenagers having babies as such a horrible thing because they are not ready for that responsibility. Shit, I am 36 and barely ready and I have a son. Just imagine being 11 years old. Yeah, don't imagine it, it is just disgusting and inexcuseable in my eyes. I am all about freedom and doing what you want, but even this crossed my line of decency and I barely have one at all.
One tip for the youngest in 50 years. To save space on cards to your oldest grandma, just use Grandma to the 6th power.
